Our oldest son and first grandchildOur Family

Open Houses are coming up Friday and Saturday. We decided to take the day off for Father's Day on Sunday :)

We love and appreciate dads! We have 7 kids of our own, so you can imagine how much we appreciate fatherhood! Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there!

One of these homes below may be perfect  for you so check these out and see if one fits your needs. If not, maybe you will think of a friend or relative who may love one of these homes.

Let us know and we will be happy to show them any time. No need to worry if you can't make it to an Open House. We can always schedule an appointment to take you to the home if you let us know what works best for you. Remember the listing agent who is selling the home is representing the owner. When we take you to see a home you might be interested in purchasing, we are representing you, the buyer, and we have your best interest in mind. AND, there is no charge for our services to the buyer so you really can't go wrong. We're here to help you and we love helping.

Friday, our Open House is in Alamo Heights. It is a cozy, one-of-a-kind cottage which is 1,394 square feet. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a detached garage. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. This adorable home is priced at $315,000.

Saturday, 12:00-3:00, we will be hosting an Open House at 10202 Timber Country in the Wildhorse Subdivision on the NW side of town. This home is priced at $244,900 and is a great family resort with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms with the master bedroom downstairs. The home has 2 living areas, and the upstairs has a game room and "Jack & Jill" bathroom. Come check this home out! 10202 Timber Country

Bill and I look forward to serving you with your real estate needs. Whether you need to sell your home, buy land, purchase a new home from the ground up, or look for a pre-owned home, we enjoy helping people achieve their goals.

We appreciate our last client's review he gave us on Facebook:

"My thanks to Pam and Bill for making this the most pleasant and painless home buying experience I've ever had."  Unlike · Reply · 3 · June 14 at 11:09am ·
