Don Rochelle’s extensive real estate experience started upon getting a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate in the 80’s and working in commercial real estate in Texas and New York. Don, being a San Antonio native and looking for a more meaningful, fulfilling and passionate way to use his comprehensive market analysis and negotiating skills and knowledge of finance, decided to raise a family in San Antonio and extend the use of his real estate knowledge and capabilities to helping guide his clients with all of their housing needs. Don is comfortable working with millennium first time home buyers to corporate CEOs, successfully brokering properties from $70,000 single family home to a complex $8 million property, providing all the same high level of respect, communication and passion of service.
Don’s is known for in depth market analysis, problem solving, thorough explanation of possible options within the reality of today’s financing environment. Don leverages his experience to know the right questions to ask, to read between the lines and to see the big picture. He tailors the process to each client’s unique needs and circumstances guiding his clients to achieve the best possible results with clarity and confidence.
Don is active in his community by serving on committees of planning, zoning and drainage for the City of Castle Hills in San Antonio. God and family are also very important aspect of his life, being closely involved in his children’s sports, wide array of outdoor activities and the love of the arts and music.
